Back day for me 2pm to 3 pm @ power shack 15 min warmup Hang Cleans 1 Arm DB Row Wide Grip Pulldowns 8:45 pm to 9:30 pm @ work gym walk treadmill 45 min, up to level 7, up to 3.5 mph, 2.33 miles Earl

The best exercise to lose fat is…the one that you will do.

Great workout Earl! I did 15 minutes walking at 3.5 mph with increased incline every minute 15 minutes arctrainer and some lifting...Been crazy bisy with family things. I'm still around and still working out.

Good job Michelle. Glad you're still hanging in there. I know it's hard to get the time this time of year. I'm in retail so it's our busy season. Lots of overtime for all. Saturday workout - needed some motivation  to train so watched Rocky. Got all jazzed up so watched Rocky II, then got so inspired to train I had to watch Rocky III (the best one), then went to bed. What can I say...I'm old.
