Ok it's MONDAY! I'm tired.  I only did 20 mins walking at 3.8 mph. My hamstrings are being bad...ok I've been bad to them cause I hate stretching...well I've learned my lesson and have been stretching them all day today.  Hope you all are getting out and moving! Earl...great work out!!

Boy your mood goes up and down fast.  Reminds me of my ex. (sorry) Good job of pushing thru it though. Monday's are actually good days for me. Monday workout for me... Squat day 1:45 pm to 3 pm @ power shack 20 min warmup Squat Snatch Squat Front Squat Lunges 8:15 pm to 9 pm @ work gym 5 min walk leg raises standing abs Romanian Deadlifts 1 legged leg curls Earl

Do it because most people won't.

I was puny for a while, but I'm back at it! 12 minutes on the old treadmill, 3.2, no incline 1 hour group weight lifting class 45 minute spin class Becky
