Chest and shoulder day. Feeling a little beat up and drained today. Might be coming down with something...(hope not) Worked out anyway... 1:30 to 2:30 pm @ Power Shack 20 min warmup Hammer Incline press Icarian Pec Deck Body Master Front Press 1 Arm DB laterals That's it...short and sweet, mainly a pump day. It's your journey...train for it. (stole that from somewhere)  Earl

Yestrdays workout:  Morning - 20 min elliptical Atfernoon - 20 min tread climber & 20 min stair master Late evening (couldn't fall asleep) 20 min elliptical, 20 min tread climber & 20 min stair master - came home took a shower and fell asleep like a baby!
