Body Master Front Press
1 Arm DB laterals
That's it...short and sweet, mainly a pump day.

Atfernoon - 20 min tread climber & 20 min stair master
Late evening (couldn't fall asleep) 20 min elliptical, 20 min tread climber & 20 min stair master - came home took a shower and fell asleep like a baby!
