Monday's workout
Well...should be a squat day, but short on time before work and my knee's a little sore so just did some walking today. 2 pm @ power shack walk treadmill 30 min, up to 3.4 mph, up to level 10 8:30 pm @ work gym walk treadmill 40 min, 2.8 mph, up to level 4 EZ walk, just moving around a little bit.
