Monday's workout

Well...should be a squat day, but short on time before work and my knee's a little sore so just did some walking today. 2 pm @ power shack walk treadmill 30 min, up to 3.4 mph, up to level 10 8:30 pm @ work gym walk treadmill 40 min, 2.8 mph, up to level 4 EZ walk, just moving around a little bit. Finally back at the gym!  I missed the last 4 days.  I don't think I've missed that many days in a row for well over 2 1/2 years. 10 minutes on the treadmill, 3.2, no incline 60 minute group weight lifting class 45 minute group spin class Boy, did it feel GOOD to sweat again! Becky

Good workout Becky. Sometimes you just need a little break. Makes you appreciate the gym more when you get back into it.. Earl
