Saturday Workout

Nice in Ohio 65 and sunny 2 pm walked 30 min outside to get some sun 5 pm to 6 pm @ power shack walked treadmill 30 min up to 3.5 mph, up to level 10 Neck work calf press machine Have a good weekend. Earl

Hi Earl, I have been bad! I haven't exercised in days. I took a walk THanksgiving morning when at my mothers. DH and I took the puppy and walked about a mile to a convenient store for coffee. I've just been busy shopping, decorating etc. and havent made any time for just exercise. But Monday is tomorrow, back to the normal schedule so the plan is to hit the gym!!!  Hope you've had a great holiday weekend!! :)
