Back day 12:25 pm to 1:40 pm @ power shack 20 min warm up  Hang Cleans 1 Arm DB Rows Reverse Grip T Bar rows superset 1 legged calf raises Wide Grip Pulldowns superset seated calf raises Diesel Shrugs superset DB Shrugs 8 pm @ work gym walk treadmill 45 min, 3 mph, up to level 6  EZ walk just destressing Earl

Ok maybe this did count. I walked and shopped, walked and shopped. See I did get my walking in.  LOL :)
