Love this site! I have to wonder if it is completely accurate though ... I am a 39 year old female and now weigh 284 lbs (down 77 lbs, Yay!), and I exercise 6 days per week. It says I need over 3000 calories per day! I was thinking perhaps 2000, but over 3000??? Seems a bit high to me. I currently eat 1200 calories and track it on fitday.com.
