Unable to make it to the gym today, but it looks like you did enough for everyone!  My legs are shaking just reading this.  What are "good mornings"? Becky

Hi Becky, Here's a link to how to do good mornings. I would start with a broom stick for high reps (great rehab exercise btw) and work up. I've seen guys do these with 600 pounds. Insane. http://asp.elitefts.com/qa/default.asp?qid=4102&tid=102 Earl
