I rested today - pushed it a bit yesterday.  Did a 45 minute spin class, followed up by a 1 hour group pump class, then a 1 hour Yoga, Tai Chi, Pilates class.   My butt's dragging!  LOL!

And I thought I was doing good with a 35 min walk at 3.4 mph random incline from 3.2-8.2, and then solid ab, legs and arm workout with the trainer!

Great arm workout. Sunday we did 14 miles in our AIDS marathon training. I made it through and am inching my weigh closer and closer to the whole enchilada 26.2. I now have a new highest total 14 miles~! Have a happy Thanksgiving, Lynn
I am now a revision after lapband complications. I had many complications with the lapband and now am learning to be a proud SLEEVER!
This is a tool not a cure all or the 'easy way out'. There is work to be done, I'm in!
