Hi Earl, hope you have a great time at the OH conference. I saw that it was coming up, but had two prior committments already. Really wanted to go to the one in KY, then saw this one so close, but, as I said. :) Enjoy!! :)
DH and I went to the gym last night. Did 30 minutes on the treadmill, warm up with some weights, then some exercises for my biceps and triceps, crunches (reg and side oblique), some leg exercises on the machines they have in what they call the "Ladies Fitness Express" which is like Curves basically. Then a little more tricep work on the assisted dip machine and a press machine. Oh, and also did some on an ab machine and lower back. Wheeeeeeew, I did more than I thought last night. LOL Funny, I was there and was feeling really into it, just did stuff and kept going, didnt realize until I wrote it down how much. No wonder I'm feeling it a little today. LOL

Good workout RuthAnn. They used to call that instinctive training. Just go in and do what you feel like you need to do. No program. It's the way to go some days, especially those days you really have to force yourself to go to the gym. Makes it more fun and productive in the end.
I got up a little late this morning. First time I didn't have to set my alarm in 3 weeks, so I caught up on some sleep. I have to stop by the verizon store to get my phone fixed then heading over to the conference.
