Good job Michelle. Walking for me today 12:30 pm  30 min treadmill @ power shack 3.4 mph up to level 8 8 pm @ work gym 39 min treadmill 3 mph level 4 Earl

Hi,

I took that steps at work alot today to get in some extra. Went to the gym after work, did 30 minutes on the treadmill, then some weights working on my triceps, they need it bad LOL Then crunches.

Thank goodness the tornadoes are gone and I could get back to the gym! A day without exercise is like a day without sunshine.

10 minutes on the old treadmill, 3.2, no incline

1 hour step class

30 minute Pilates class
