HUMP DAY!

Kind of a weird day here. Realtor issues galore so had to take a vacation day. Went to the gym for a few hours to release some testosterone before I hurt someone. I'm convinced that Realtors are the spawn of a human resources person and a used car salesman.
Ok workout... Chest and shoulder day. My back's a little sore from moving yesterday so did more machines today. 2 pm to 4 pm @ power shack 20 min warmup Smith machine incline press Hammer Decline press Icarian Pec Dec Hammer Press behind the neck 1 arm DB Laterals Upright rows Icarian rear laterals 4 way neck machine Cybex Calf Press Lying leg raises/reverse crunch Kind of a long workout but I needed to cover some areas I missed the other day and I had a lot of energy today. Stay Strong. Never quit. EarlIt was a really bad weather day here (plus a bunch of other stuff) so I skipped the gym after work and headed home. Thought I’d take it easy, but ended up moving a bunch of stuff that we’ve been collecting in the dining room across the house, down the stairs, across the length of the house again in the basement, and into a storage area. Did that for about 30+ minutes. Sad thing is that there’s still a lot more stuff to move! Ugh!
