Ok it's Monday what did you do for your workout today?  I did 30 minutes interval on the Arctrainer  1 hour pilates class I'm feeling better and realized I need to stop slacking off...otherwise my goals are never going to be acheieved.  Hope you all are having a good day! Michelle

Good workout Michelle. Hurry up and squat day for me 12:30 pm to 1:35 pm @ power shack 15 min warm up Squat Snatch w 45 # bar Overhead Squats Squat Lunges Good mornings
