Arm day 1 pm to 1:45 pm @ power shack 15 min warmup Dips superset with DB Curls DB French Press superset with Hammer Curls Pushdowns superset with DB Concentration curls 9pm to 10 pm @ work gym 20 min circuit training (abs and forearms mostly, trying some new exercises I learned this weekend at the coaching conference) 40 min walking treadmill 3 mph level 4, 2 miles Earl
