Arm day 1 pm to 1:45 pm @ power shack 15 min warmup Dips superset with DB Curls DB French Press superset with Hammer Curls Pushdowns superset with DB Concentration curls 9pm to 10 pm @ work gym 20 min circuit training (abs and forearms mostly, trying some new exercises I learned this weekend at the coaching conference) 40 min walking treadmill 3 mph level 4, 2 miles Earl

Earl.. I live on the west side of columbus and know rite where the Power Shack is...sounds like you had a great workout.   I workout at the YMCA.  Sometimes over in your area but mostly in Valleyview.   Jennifer

Hey Jennifer, I work on the Westside, just live in Grovetucky. I used to train at the Y in Grove City, but it was so crowded I couldn't workout like I wanted and the hot tub was always broke. You'll have to come over and train sometime. Earl
