While I'm here...today's workout...Back day 12:20 pm to 1:30 pm @ power shack 15 min warm up Narrow grip pulldowns superset 1 legged calf raises Hammer 1 arm rows superset seated calf raises Hammer Shrugs Rope pulls to face. I was just too sore and tired from all the moving to do power cleans or deadlifts today, so played on the machines. Have a good one Earl
