Eating and Exercise Info?

I have one more question.  What do all of you eat or drink before and after exercise in order to maintain your energy, blood sugar levels, and to recover afterwards? Do you eat right before and after exercise or do you wait a while? I noticed that someone suggested oatmeal to keep your blood sugar levels on track. I was glad to see that since I like oatmeal. Any other suggestions? I don't want to pass out while exercising. My blood sugar seems to really bottom out when I am more active, and I will start feeling faint. Does anyone else have this problem? Also, how much more water do you drink when you exercise? Do you drink a lot more than the 64 oz. a day? Sorry for the millions of questions. I just want to get off on the right track. Thanks.
