Pilates
I've never tried pilates, but I understand it helps with abs and lower back. how long have you been doing pilates and how has it helped?
I joined a gym in late August and have been going regularly ( 4 or 5 times weekly) and have had great success so far with overall strength, stamina and losing lots of inches, but that midsection is just not slimming as much as I would like.
