Great workouts! It's so difficult getting up when it's freaking cold out. I saw the snow falling this morning with my own eyes...BBBBRRRR!  25 mins cardio on the tredmill   Arms ABs Then called it quits and came home to hot ceral...YUM!  Have a great time in KY Earl!  Mikee I'm jealous of how warm it is where you are.
