20 min warmup

Light Power snatch and overhead squats

Suspended squats Suspended Good Mornings lunges Glute Ham Raises Seated Calf Raises Calf Press 8 pm @ work walked treadmill 2.8 mph 30 min level 3 (hamstrings cramping from sitting so just walking it off) Stay strong Earl

Hey Earl, Squat day can have so many meaniings, I am glad it meant this for you. Looks like we are leaving the 80's maybe for the last time. I guess winter is next. Mine

Dude! It was snowing Columbus today. It's Winter for sure here. Good Arm workout. We do pretty much the same stuff for arms. Keep er pumpin! Earl

Wow, snow? it was 87 here today, going to 77 tomorrow, maybe 71 and cloudy by later in the week. I think we have a couple weeks a year where our weather is similar. I am stoked that we do similar arn stuff, lets me know I am on the right track.

I like it in the 70's myself. I'm hoping for a balmy 55 to 60 in Lexington this week so we can do some hiking. I think you're on the right track. There's just so many ways to do a curl. I like to do the heavy stuff first like DB Curls or close grip presses and by the end I'm doing the 1 arm stuff for the pump like Concentration curls and pushdowns. Lately I superset a Tricep exercise and bicep exercise, take a minute rest and go again. Seems to give me a nice full arm pump and saves me some time. Surprisingly it doesn't seem to affect my strength much. I'm off to workout again in a minute. I'm doing something a little different this week since I missed all weekend and going out of town Thurs - Sat. I might get a workout in at the hotel but doubt it. So Mon was squat day, Tues chest and delts, Wed Back. Then if I get a chance maybe or Saturday I'll do arms at the hotel. Never quit. Earl

GREAT WORKOUT!  I had a very busy weekend...went to get my halloween costume and to see Godsmack in concert. Does trying on costumes count as a workout?  I'll have to get a picture of me in it...so it's back to the gym tomarrow morning and my swelling from the belt lift is normal! I think it sucks but oh well.

Yeah you're a better man than me Michelle.  I'm to wimpy to do the PS thing. I watch these Discovery Health shows about PS... nooooooowayyyyyyy.   I have a friend that's had all kinds of issues with PS after WLS. She's on myspace, I put the link below. She's got something now where all the nerve ending grow back so it feels like your skin is ripping apart all the time. www.myspace.com/carolineam Send the pictures so we can see.
