Nothing wrong with an Autum walk, the leaves are just getting pretty here, I am sure they are either in full color or already gone there:lol:

Angled Leg Press Lying Leg Curls Leg Extensions Standing Calf Raises Was going to try Nordic track, but after I was finished working the leggs, they were too mushy.

Mine was pretty much carrying boxes out of the basement. I'm getting set to move. I hate moving with a passion. That gym equipment will not be fun to move.
This is the big time of year for the leaf colors to come out. I love it. I can't wait to see what Ky is like this time of year. I'm going to do some hiking while I'm down there.

I'll prby do 90 % of the move myself. I'll have about 3 or 4 weeks and new place is just a mile down the road. I'll pay somebody to do the big stuff like the washer and dryer and some of my weight stuff.
