Wednesday's workout noon walked 30 min outside (weather was actually...ok today) 2:50 pm to 4:30 pm @ power shack Back day 20 min warmup Power Cleans Good Mornings Barbell Bent over rows Rev grip bent over rows Wide Grip Pulldowns Diesel Shrugs superset with DB Shrugs I done.
