6 month diet plan

Post Date: 10/10/06 4:55 pm Ok....so this is my first message ive put on here..but ive been a member for about about 5-6yrs trying to get this surgury...and i am 1 step away..my six month diet plan..i have already done the six months and my doctor is willing to sign...but because she didnt get a diet plan she wont sign...and i really don't want to wait another six months!!!...is there anyone who can help or know of a website with diet plans planned out for what is required for the surgury?? i would soooooo greatly appreciate it!!!

have you tried Ediets.com? they have TONS of diets.  Im sorry you are having such a hard time.  My doctor was more than willing to help me with whatever it took to help me get the surgery.  It took me about a year to get everything I needed.  I also did Weigh****chers for six months and they counted that. hope this helps Crystal

www.sparkpeople.com You have to go through the registration and everything, but they workout a whole daily dietplan for you... HTH! Meg
