what type is better

Hello everyone, I am 4 weeks out of Lap Band surgery and I am down 30 pounds and just started the pureed phase.  I have a quick question, what is better doing a walking at a faster pace, say 3.5 on a flat incline on the treadmill or walking an incline of, hmmm say 6 on the treadmill at a pace of 3. Right now I am doing 3 miles in 50 minutes, which is jogging 1/2 mile at a 4 and then walking a 1/4 mile at 3 and then jogging the 1/2 mile et****il the 50 minutes are up. (or is what I am doing now better for weight loss) Thanks for your input...Dave

Any exercise is good if your heart is pumping faster and you are breathing faster. Try to push yourself to do a little more each day. That's the way to see the numbers drop on the scale:)
