what type is better
Hello everyone, I am 4 weeks out of Lap Band surgery and I am down 30 pounds and just started the pureed phase. I have a quick question, what is better doing a walking at a faster pace, say 3.5 on a flat incline on the treadmill or walking an incline of, hmmm say 6 on the treadmill at a pace of 3. Right now I am doing 3 miles in 50 minutes, which is jogging 1/2 mile at a 4 and then walking a 1/4 mile at 3 and then jogging the 1/2 mile et****il the 50 minutes are up. (or is what I am doing now better for weight loss) Thanks for your input...Dave
