Yoga
I love yoga, I notice that I carry myself better after yoga, and it's great on my knees I had tendonitis. Also it's really good for losing inches. but mostly it's very relaxing there are some things I still can't do, like stand on my head. I can't seem to get my thighs to go that high yet.
