HELLO!  Just got back from the gym did 35 mins of cardio. 15 on Elipticall and 20 walking. I introduced my friend to the gym so it was lighter day for me.   I did do some crunches and felt good.  I'm really focused again and I'm feeling great.

There she is. Good workout Michelle. Glad you're feeling better. I'm just getting ready to go take a walk and work abs and neck before heading to work. Dancing about killed me last night. Earl

The workouts... 12:30 pm walked 45 min outside...perfect weather today. 9 pm to 10 pm @ work gym Neck training Decline Situps Medicine Ball toss into wall walk treadmill 30 min, 3 mph, level 4, 1.5 miles EZ walk Obsession is a word the lazy use to describe the Dedicated. Earl
