Wednesday Workout
Did 10 minutes on the treadmile@ 3.2, no incline and then a 60 minute Body Flow class (Yoga, Tai Chi, Pilates thing)
The instructor is on the stage with 2 soft spot lights, there's a small, low watt lamp to the side, and candles lit so it's all done in semi darkness. We go thru all the moves. If you stay high in the poses/moves you aren't getting much out of it, but if you dig down and sink into these moves.... boy oh boy can you feel it working! The last 8 minutes are spent in total darkness with soft music playing... a few of us have been known to doze off... LOL!
