12:45 to 2 pm @ power shack
10 min warmup
Incline DB Press
Hammer Incline press
Flat DB Flyes
Squat machine Push Press then 1 breakdown set of presses
1 Arm DB Laterals
EZ Bar upright rows
8 pm @ work gym
walked treadmill 45 min, up to level 5, up to 3.3 mph
EZ walk just to get out of my chair at work
