 Just got home from the gym. Only did 30 mins cardio on the eliptical. Getting back to full swing and two more weeks till I can do ab work again.  Hope your having a good day!

Last night, I drove around my house after work and mapped out a 2 mile walk.  The plan is to get up & do the 2 miles 1st thing every day to start getting into shape for the surgery.  It's all good!!!

Good workout Michelle. 30 min on an eliptical would kill me. Chest and shoulder day for me. 11 am walked 45 min outside 12:45 to 2 pm @ power shack 10 min warmup Incline DB Press Hammer Incline press Flat DB Flyes Squat machine Push Press then 1 breakdown set of presses 1 Arm DB Laterals EZ Bar upright rows 8 pm @ work gym walked treadmill 45 min, up to level 5, up to 3.3 mph EZ walk just to get out of my chair at work Stay strong Earl
