Monday Workout
Did 20 minutes on the elliptical, pre-set program set at "weight loss", degree of difficulty set at 10.
1 hour weight lifting class. I was able to increase my chest weight by 2 kgs. I’ve got to work on getting deeper into my lunges and squats and increasing my triceps weight.
30 minutes on the treadmill, speed set at 3.2 mph, no incline.
