Ab work post surgery

Yesterday I tried to do a ten minute toning session on my abs, but 6 mins in I could really feel my incision sites. How soon have people been able to work on abs post op shauna

Shauna, How long has it been since your surgery.   I am now 2 1/2 months post op.  About 2 weeks ago. I began to do very little excercise on my abs.  Now I can work out for 20 minutes doing different abs exercises.  Maybe your to soon post op.   I did alot of ab work before the operation.   Ask your surgeon what they think.    Carol.
