Sunday's workouts

Oh! Oh! My aching body. Not sure if it's the squats or the dancing but I feel like I got hit by a truck...then it backed over me for spite. Decided to walk it off... 1 pm walked 45 min outside 8:45 pm @ work gym walked treadmill 50 min, 3 mph, up to level 8 Still way too sore...note to self...don't squat and dance on the same day. What doesn't kill you makes you stronger. (yeah right...it still hurts) Earl

What about a nice sauna and then a long jacuzzi?  Then a good sleep to let your muscles repair and build???  Dee

Hi Dee I'd kill for a jacuzzi.  I'm still a little tender in the hamstrings today but not too bad. Just over did it Saturday night I think. I was cramping in the hamstrings before we went into the club and the dancing actually stopped the cramps. So I just didn't stop dancing. Ok...everyone going to Lexington the night before the convention, meet me in the Hot Tub Thursday night. Earl
