Saturday's workout
Friday - I skipped the workout, should had did legs but just got busy with garage sale and real estate people, then just got lazy. So, either as punishment or a way of staying committed, I combined 2 workouts today...
Ok Saturday 2 pm to 4:30 pm (this is long even for me...no cardio)

1/4 squats
Glute Ham Raises superset seated calf raises
Cybex calf press
Close Grip Bench press superset DB Curls
DB French press superset Hammer Curls
Push downs superset Cable EZ Curl
Tri Dip machine superset DB Concentration Curls
Lord help me.
Time to dance (the cardio for tonight.)
