Back day...kind of appropriate for a Hump Day workout 12:25 pm to 1:45 pm @ power shack gym 20 min warm up Power Cleans Deadlifts off 2 mats 1 Arm DB Row Narrow Pulldowns superset Reverse Grip T Bar row Diesel Shrugs superset DB Shrugs 7 pm to 8 pm @ Work gym (finally got a break at work) Neck Grip and Forearm work Leg raises Russian Twists and decline situps walk 30 min, 3 mph, level 5
