Monday workout

chest and delt day 12:15 to 1:45 pm @ Power Shack 20 min warmup DB Flat Bench Hammer Incline press Incline flyes Hammer Press Behind Neck 1 Arm DB laterals Upright rows Rope Pulls to face Work is just insane so didn't get a lunch/workout break today again. I'm more sore sitting in this chair all night than when I workout. More stressed to when I can't workout.  Hey somebody has to pay when I don't get my workouts in. Stay Strong. Earl
