Sunday workout
Saturday - just mowed the lawn and got caught up on some chores. Went dancing Saturday night and feel like I got hit by a bus Sunday morning.
Sunday
walked 30 minutes at 1 pm before work to wake up
8 pm @ work walked 30 min treadmill EZ 2.8 mph level 4 Just walking off the stiffness.
Joints are a little achy last couple of days so taking a little break from the iron. Back at it tomorrow.
