Squat day Changing up today and doing legs. When I do them on Saturday and then go dancing I get some major cramping going on. 12:50 pm to 2 pm walk 20 to wake up 10 min of stretching and abs Suspended Squats Giant sets (circuit) Glute Ham Raises Sissy squats 1 legged calf raises Hanging leg raises Grip work Earl
