Just walking today...deadlifts and dancing kind of did me in from yesterday... 1 pm walked outside for 45 min 8 pm @ work gym walked treadmill 50 min, up to level 4, 2.8 mph, 2.33 miles EZ walk to get rid of soreness and sitting at work Earl
