My 60 Day Challenge Starts Today
I'm back at the gym and hired a personal trainer. I meet him at 5am on Tuesday and Thursdays - and I am NOT a morning person! So far after 2 weeks, I've lost 11 pounds and have increased my muscle mass. My gym started a 60 day holiday trim down challenge. I decided, "why not" and talked my DH into it too! We went in for our before photos and measurements today. I am looking forward to seeing the difference 60 days of eating right and excercise does to this body. Wonder if the bat wings will ever go away!
