Hammer Decline Close Grip press superset with Cybex Scott Curl
DB Frend press superset with Hammer curls
Pushdowns superset with 1 arm cable curl
Cybex Tricep Dips superset with Concentration curls
That's it...short on time today. Busy trying to get things done around the house and work. Maybe do a little dancing tonight for cardio.
