Got the day off so...let's train... 1:15 pm to 3 pm @ power shack gym Chest and Shoulder day 10 min warmup DB Incline Press Hammer Wide Grip Incline Press Flat DB Flys 1 Arm DB Press Front Press DB Laterals Cable Upright Row Cybex Rear Delt machine Reverse Grip Row supersetted with 1 leg calf raises Ab machine DB Side Bends 6pm mowed the lawn for 2 hours for cardio I'm working too hard for a labor day.
