just getting started on strength training...
Hi folks!
I normally hang out on the men's board, and already asked this question over there, and they all said to come here and get your expert advice!
I started this whole process last Fall at 330 lbs, and am now down 87 lbs to 243 lbs. At my last nutrition appt they did a body mass composition test and said I had lost 50 lbs of fat and 30 lbs of lean muscle mass.
I have to start some strength training... I'm doing well with walking, up to about 2 miles a day.
I don't live near and can't really afford a gym...
do you guys have any suggestions for a video workout, something that would focus especially on strengthening my core and upper body?
