Did 40 mins of carido this am at the gym. Nothing too exciting but it's something. I can tell a difference in my energy level with out my vitamins... I stopped taking a few of them for surgery. Man I can not wait to get them back into my body! Have a great day! P.s. Earl good walking day yesterday!!
