Thyroid (TSH) levels and exercise (running)

Within the last 6 months I have taken up running  and really love  it. I had bloodwork done in late July for the usual thyroid levels to be checked because I am on Levothyroxin due to having my thryoid killed off after a Grave's disease diagnosis in January of '05. In July my TSH level was up and I had my meds changed. One month later I went back in for a followup blood test and the levels are still up (almost twice as they should be). I started thinking over the weekend and wondering if my levels have anything to do with my taking up running?  I run 3-4 days a week for about 30-40 minutes. Has anyone that is hypothyroid had their bloodwork come back out of kilter because of adding a more strenous sport? My doctor knows about my running. I just want to be an informed patient if the bloodwork keeps coming back out of wack. I will be going back in another 3+ weeks for more bloodwork due to another increase in my meds. Thank you in advance for your time to read this. Chris

Your level of activity will not impact TSH levels. You are good to go!

Oh, I have not cut back on my running unless I am too tired or other things in life get in the way of it. It is just frustrating that for over a year my bloodwork has been fine, now boom my numbers are off. Thanks for the response. Chris
