I don’t usually post my workouts but Earl is always encouraging people to do so, here goes:
Sunday
4 mile walk outside then to the gym
I did 2 sets of exercises, 8 sets of 8 reps each.
First set:
Crunches with 6 lb. ball
Straight
Left side
Right side
V-ups on a bench
Push ups (real ones, I was proud of these)
Second set:
Around the worlds
(standing on bosu ball wit 8 pound weights, bringing them from the front of the body to over the head)
Dead lifts 17.5 pounds
Then I got on the treadmill at the end for about 15 min. and walked slow but up to a 10 degree incline.

Sunday workouts for me
Get out of bed. Big chore there. I am aching all over. Too much dancing last night.
Noon
walked outside for 40 minutes to work off the stiffness.
8 pm @ work gym
walk treadmill 50 min, 2.8 mph level 4, EZ workout to just get out of my chair and watch Big Brother.
They backdoored Howey.
