Close Grip Floor press superset with DB Curl
DB French Press superset with Hammer Curls
Pushdowns superset with 1 arm Cable Curl
Cybex Tricep Dips superset with Concentration curls
Barbell Wrist curl
Hammer Grip machine
7 pm @ work gym
walk treadmill 45 minutes, EZ 2.8 mph up to level 5
(just destressing and getting out of my chair)
