Hi all, Been in Virginia visiting my newest niece, Ava, just a month old. My bro and SIL live in Falls Church in a really hilly, mountainously hilly, area. They have one hill I have never been able to conquer without wanting to fall down dead after getting to the top. This trip I not only made it to the top I was breathing only slightly heavy. I was actually able to hold a conversation on the way up. I did this hill three times during the weekend. My calf muscles are really sore but I beat the hill!!! Hope everyone gets to the top of their hill soon!!
