12:45 pm to 1:35 pm
Really nice blue skies and 70's in Ohio...
walked outside for 50 minutes before heading to work
8 pm @ work gym ( While watching Big Brother...luv that show)
Walk treadmill 50 min, 3 mph, up to level 6
Just stretching my legs from sitting all day at work
