Anyone doing the FIRM?

I would say you'd be ready for it. I do tons of cardio and I can keep up with that but the strength training it has is very challenging for me! As long as you take it slow and use Libby (beginner level) you'd be fine. I don't think you would be discouraged as long as you can talk to others who are doing the work out! Good luck and get it!!!

Life has been awfully busy!! I haven't forgotten you either. I walked 2 miles yesterday morning and I plan on doing the FIRM CARDIO when I get home..oh and yes I checked out that couch to 5 k program and I'm thinking about starting that too. How is that going for you by the way?
