Anyone doing the FIRM?
You sure do run alot lol...how do you do it? I only run when I absolutely have to..especially for my physical agility at work hehe (which is coming up in October)grrrrrrrrr!
I've got to go and run a few errands this morning but I am planning on doing the Firm body sculpt workout :) and if I have the energy maybe a 45 minute bike ride.

Hi,
I have a question about the FIRM. I am approximately 260 and do cardio between 4 and 5 days a week at 37 minutes each time and weights every other day (usually 3 days a week). Do you think I am ready to do the program? I saw the infomercial and would love to do something at home in the morning since I go to the gym after work. I'd also like to do it on the weekends.
Do you think it is too streneous that I would be discouraged?

I would say you'd be ready for it. I do tons of cardio and I can keep up with that but the strength training it has is very challenging for me! As long as you take it slow and use Libby (beginner level) you'd be fine. I don't think you would be discouraged as long as you can talk to others who are doing the work out! Good luck and get it!!!

Life has been awfully busy!! I haven't forgotten you either. I walked 2 miles yesterday morning and I plan on doing the FIRM CARDIO when I get home..oh and yes I checked out that couch to 5 k program and I'm thinking about starting that too. How is that going for you by the way?
