Okay... did 30 min run last night and firm stick work out. This morning i did 30 min run   will do 30 min run tonight and firm stick again.

You sure do run alot lol...how do you do it? I only run when I absolutely have to..especially for my physical agility at work hehe (which is coming up in October)grrrrrrrrr! I've got to go and run a few errands this morning but I am planning on doing the Firm body sculpt workout :) and if I have the energy maybe a 45 minute bike ride. Have a great day! Good job for meeting your goals for last night and this morning!!

I run a lot because I am doing the couch to 5k program.  I love it.   Great  job meeting your goals for yesterday too!  We Rock!!!

So..how is your Thursday going? I was only able to get in 1/2 hour of the Firm..I did a lower workout and I was just too darned sore to do the second half..didn't want to pu****! I did get a 40 minute bike ride on top of it :)

I have a ton of work to do today.  I won't be Firming today.  I will be going for a bike ride with my son, and maybe go for a 20 min run.   I will let you know tomorrow what I end up doing.  I will do cardo blast tomorrow along with 30 min run in the a.m. Have a great day!

Hi, I have a question about the FIRM.  I am approximately 260 and do cardio between 4 and 5 days a week at 37 minutes each time and weights every other day (usually 3 days a week).  Do you think I am ready to do the program?  I saw the infomercial and would love to do something at home in the morning since I go to the gym after work.  I'd also like to do it on the weekends. Do you think it is too streneous that I would be discouraged? Thanks for your help. Loretta

I would say absolutly!  Just start slow with light or no weights.   Every Firm tape has a person, usually Libby, that does modifyed moves.  I think it is great that your interested!   Let us know when you start... you can stay on track with us.

I would say you'd be ready for it. I do tons of cardio and I can keep up with that but the strength training it has is very challenging for me! As long as you take it slow and use Libby (beginner level) you'd be fine. I don't think you would be discouraged as long as you can talk to others who are doing the work out! Good luck and get it!!!

Life has been awfully busy!! I haven't forgotten you either. I walked 2 miles yesterday morning and I plan on doing the FIRM CARDIO when I get home..oh and yes I checked out that couch to 5 k program and I'm thinking about starting that too. How is that going for you by the way?
