Best time of day?

HI all, just wondering a little bit about workouts.  Is it better to work out when you first get up and before breakfast or anytime of day after a meal? Nicole

The best time is when you'll comit to it and do it consistently. Studies show it makes little real difference when you do exercise.  However, believers in morning or evening exercise have some pretty logical sounding reasons for why those are better.

I have an easier time getting it out of the way by doing it in the morning. My juices are flowing and my energy is at an all time high, I'm too tired to do my workout when I get home.
