How do you stay motivated?
Hi everyone, I'm new to this board. I'm a regular on the Lap-band board, but I thought I'd come check this one out.
I just started back exercising this week (I'm 3 weeks post-op), and I have to tell you that I agree. It makes you feel so much better after a work out. I go right after work as well. I find that it's the best time for me, but everyone has to find the best time for them.
