Im soo frustrated. I have been stuck for so long. I lost the email with your info. I must have deleted it. Im doing bullets now. I hate my sweet cravings.. Im doing Zumba and gym workouts more but sometimes I just feel depressed like its pointless. Im going to start the monthly support group at Westmoreland Hospital. Of course tho Ive said that for two years it seems. I always tend to put others first. Atleast I understand alot of my downfalls now! Thats a progress in right direction . Hows things your way?

My name is Deanna and I live in New Philadelphia, Ohio. I had RNY in July 2009 and so far I have lost 100 pounds. In the last 3 months, I have hit a stumbling block too. I would like to have a PenPal who has been through the process and can provide encouragement and I would do the same for them. I hope to hear from you.

Hi my name is Lucee and i am 39. I had my gastric bypass on July 25,2008 and have lost 136 pounds. I have had many deaths in the family and have gone through a bad depression so my weight loss has stopped. I need someone to help me kick start it again and who will keep me motivated to continue. I NEED to loose weight to get back surgery and I still weigh 355 or so. thank you

I am a 38 year old female. I am married with a 10 year old daughter. My husband is in the army and we currently live in Washington state. We previously lived in North Carolina. I loved there since I was about 22 years old. We still own a house in Raeford, NC. It seems like we have a lot in common. Next week I go to visit my surgeon. I have done all of the other required classes and visits for the Pathways program at Madigan Hospital on Ft. Lewis.
